We LOVE Halloween around our house. We rounded out the trick-or-treating with cookie decorating, pumpkin carving and painting and 4 parties! What a blast. Kaila chose to be Robin from her current favorite show, Teen Titans.

After Talon changed his mind about 5 times he chose Robin too. The only Robin costumes I could find had manly muscular chests and that's where I drew the line! If Kaila had to wear a boy costume AGAIN this year it could not have a man chest. So, I decided to make their costumes myself :)

On Wednesday Talon was able to go to the Halloween story time at the Provo library. The storytellers do an amazing job! It is always packed with moms and kids. Thursday, Talon had his class party at Wiz Kidz. Both of our kids have attended preschool there. We all love it. I missed the costume parade AGAIN this year. Luckily Miss Jill always has her camera handy ;) Later Kaila went to the Jr. Library Kids party for crafts and stories. Finally, Thursday night was our ward Halloween party. The kids always have so much fun running around with their friends and our youth do a great job with the games! Friday morning Kaila had her class party. I volunteered to help out with a craft. Staying true to form, I over-did it. I always think things will be easier than they turn out to be. When will I learn? Luckily we had some extra mom's there to help out.
Kaila has always loved decorating cookies
I was so happy with the weather and how everything turned out for the kids this Halloween. It was perfect!

can't believe you made the costumes yourself. I can't even sew a button to a shirt... well maybe I could, but that's the extent of my skillz :D
